Whew! What a month. This month was long, short, eventful, blissful, and full of all the feels. We can’t complain, though, as we got to celebrate 4 years of being Raenest. In our CEO's words, “There’s a lot more ahead of us. Bigger opportunities. Higher expectations. And a real chance to build something that lasts, something we’ll all be proud of for a long time”, and I, for one, can’t wait to see what year 5 looks like. That said, here’s what we were up to in March.

Product update

Higher Daily Inflow Limits

We’ve updated the limits on how much you can receive on Raenest, so you can fund your account with ease, scale your earnings, and move money without friction. The inflows are currently set as follows:

  • Tier 1 – 4: Up to $10,000 daily
  • Tier 5: Up to $20,000 daily
  • Tier 6: Up to $50,000 daily
  • Tier 7: Up to $150,000 daily

These daily limits refresh automatically so that you can receive larger amounts without delay. Payments from verified platforms like Upwork, Gusto, Mercury, Brex, Wise, Payoneer, Deel, Fiverr, Amazon KDP, and RemotePass also flow seamlessly within these limits, letting you scale your earnings smoothly. Solana is now live on Raenest

At Raenest, we’ve always aimed to make global payments seamless for individuals and businesses. Understanding this, we’re thrilled to share again that we have integrated Solana into our system. This means you can now receive USDT and USDC on the Solana blockchain. With Solana now live on Raenest, managing international payments has never been easier.

We turned 4 🎉

This March, we celebrated our 4th anniversary, and we are proud to say that over the past year, we didn’t just grow, we stretched. We welcomed over one million users into our community, each person building, earning, and moving money across borders. We reached into India and the Philippines, expanding not just where we serve, but who we touch.

We reimagined our tools: lower fees, free deposits, Raenest Perks, stablecoins, stocks, Raenest FastTrack, and a CAD corridor, all small sparks that make it easier for people to do big things.

We hosted the first Raenest Exchange, a space where ideas met action, and our mentorship program for International Women’s Day reminded us that audacity grows when it’s shared.

From Europe to the US, China, Brazil, Africa, and Asia, our users have been building, earning, creating, and daring. Every milestone tells a story: the freelancer who finally got paid without stress, the family sending support home, the creator finding freedom across borders.

Now, as we step into our fifth year, we know we couldn’t have done it without you, and in the spirit of reflection, we can’t help but ask, what was the boldest thing you did in the past year that surprised yourself?

#RaenestMakeAWish

To mark our 4th anniversary, we celebrated by granting wishes to our community with #RaenestMakeAWish. We wanted to give a little real-world magic: helping our users get that one workstation tool that completes their setup, whether it's a second monitor, a mechanical keyboard, a ring light, or noise-cancelling headphones.

Between March 16th and 29th, we granted 20 wishes, announcing one winner every day. Seeing the excitement and creativity of our community reminded us why we do what we do: helping people work, earn, and build without limits, and sometimes, sprinkling a little magic along the way.

People of Raenest

This month, we put the spotlight on the people who make Raenest tick. From Eugene at the Africa Tech Summit in Nairobi, sharing a story of trust and impact, to Doyin’s experience as a graduate intern, giving an inside look at what it’s like to shape an app people love, these stories show the heart behind the platform. Get inspired by the journeys, perspectives, and experiences of the team bringing Raenest to life every day.

Our Unsolicited Opinions

We couldn’t resist; this month, we shared our unsolicited opinion on the GOAT of Nigerian rap. In this edition, our COO, Richard Oyome, had a hot take: it’s not just about bars, it’s about commercial influence too. In his words, if you’re to be considered a GOAT, you should –dare he say– must also be commercially successful, as greatness cannot exist in a vacuum. Whether you agree, disagree, or just want to see how we rank your favourites, check out our latest unsolicited opinion.

How to file your taxes as a Nigerian

Taxes aren’t exactly anyone’s favourite topic, but they don’t have to be a headache. This month, we published a step-by-step guide on how to file your income tax as a Nigerian. From understanding what’s required to avoiding common mistakes, it’s designed to make the process simple, clear, and even a little less intimidating. Whether you’re a freelancer, entrepreneur, or just someone who wants to stay on top of their finances, this guide has something for you.

More Resources for you

If you’re not reading our blogs and articles, you’re really missing out. This month, we published a wealth of resources to help you stay informed, grow your skills, and make smarter financial moves.

From top US stocks to tips on how to save money while working remotely, there’s something for you, your friends, and yes, even your enemies. Check out the latest insights and share the knowledge because staying ahead has never been this easy.

Community Highlights

This month, we showed up, built together, and created more opportunities for our community to grow.

To mark our Solana integration, we partnered with Superteam on a $7,000 bounty, giving writers, designers, animators, and video creators a chance to showcase their skills and earn.

We also took the conversation live with a Raenest X Space featuring our CEO, Victor Alade, and showed up at the OOU FutureTech event, connecting with students and tech professionals as they take their next steps. Along the way, we shared over 20 Raenest merch boxes and equipped 5 community members with new workstation tools via the #Raenestmakeawish campaign.

For those ready to compete, we teamed up with DevCareer to launch Africa’s biggest Upwork hackathon for freelancers, where talent across the continent is taking on real-world challenges for a share of the $3,000 prize pool. In case you missed any of these and want to be part of our next community engagements, join here.

We have commenced our Raenest Mentorship

Still in line with giving back to our community, we reopened the Raenest Women’s Mentorship Program to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026. Mentorship is one of the most powerful ways to share knowledge, because some of the most valuable career moments don’t happen in a conference hall or a course module; they happen in conversation.

As usual, we aimed to have accomplished women from different industries step forward to share their time and experience with the next generation. For the 2026 edition, we brought in top minds from Adeife Adeoye of Remote WorkHER to Rich Aunty Finance.

Share the Gospel of Raenest, Earn $5

We’ve increased our referral reward! Now, you earn $5 for every friend you invite to Raenest, while they get $2. Even more reward for spreading the word. So, why not share Raenest today and earn money while helping others get paid?

Travel Smarter with the Raenest Card

Steven Ndukwu is back with another travel video, this time highlighting how the Raenest card has become his go-to for booking hotels and flights. From securing the best rates to making payments seamlessly across borders, he shows how the card simplifies travel planning and reduces the stress of moving money internationally.

Whether you’re planning your next adventure or just curious about smoother travel, Steven’s tips show how the Raenest card can help you book smarter, pay easier, and focus on the journey.

Bella Gems

This month, I’ve been majorly enjoying old songs and timeless classics, and I wanted to share a few gems with you to inspire your next binge or reading session.

And that was March at Raenest. See you next month!
