The Raenest Women’s Mentorship Programme is Back!
Think about the best career advice you’ve ever received. Chances are, it didn’t come from a textbook. It came from a real conversation with someone who had walked the exact path you’re on, navigated the roadblocks, and turned around to say, "Here’s how I did it."
That’s the true spirit of International Women’s Day: women uplifting women. It’s all built on the simple but powerful idea of give to gain, where accomplished leaders share their time and hard-earned experiences, and the next generation gains the clarity to step into their own power.
To celebrate IWD 2026, we are thrilled to bring the Raenest Women’s Mentorship program back. With this initiative, you get the opportunity to connect with some of the most brilliant minds shaping industries today for focused, one-on-one mentorship.
In the previous edition of the Raenest Women’s Mentorship Program, accomplished women from various professions, like June Angelides, Oluwaseun Alley, Blessing Abeng, and Tobi Otokiti, came together to share their time, expertise, and love with our community. To build on this, we’re bringing in a new and exciting group of respected women across various career spheres who are committed to advancing the next generation, including Adeife Adeoye, Damilola Teidi, Dr Sarah Amana, and more!

As a selected mentee, you'll get direct access to seasoned executives. You'll be able to ask the hard questions, learn from their firsthand experiences, and walk away with actionable advice to confidently conquer your next career milestone.
How the Mentorship Works
- Tailored Matching: Each selected mentee is paired with a mentor whose background aligns with their professional goals.
- Focused Time: The mentorship consists of two hours of one-on-one conversation.
- Flexible Scheduling: Sessions can be held as a single 2-hour block or two 1-hour sessions.
- Fully Virtual: All sessions are conducted online.
- Prepared Mentors: Mentors receive a brief profile outlining your background and goals beforehand so you can dive right into the discussion.
