Product Update

We Upgraded Our USD Banking Infrastructure

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working on one of the most important improvements we've made to our USD payment experience.

We introduced new USD accounts powered by a new banking partner, giving us a stronger foundation to build a faster, more reliable experience for receiving and managing USD payments.

We know that any change involving your payment account can feel disruptive, especially when that account plays a critical role in how you get paid, run your business, or manage your finances. For many of our customers, these accounts are tied to salaries, client payments, freelance earnings, and day-to-day operations.

That is why we want to start by saying thank you.

Thank you for your patience during this transition. Thank you for the questions, feedback, and understanding you've shown as we worked through the migration process. Most importantly, thank you for trusting us with something as important as your money.

While transitions like this can create short-term inconvenience, they also allow us to build a much stronger experience for the future.

Why this new USD account matters

This upgrade was not simply about changing account details. It was about creating a better payment infrastructure that can support faster transactions, improved reliability, and new features that many of our customers have been asking for. In addition to this, your new USD account gives you access to:

• Faster ACH deposits, helping you receive payments more quickly
• Improved domestic wire processing for a smoother payment experience
• FedNow support, enabling faster real-time USD payments

This new foundation gives us more flexibility to improve how money moves across the platform and helps us continue delivering a better experience as your needs evolve.

We understand that updating payment details, creating a new account, and adapting to a new process takes time and effort. As a token of our appreciation, we are offering 2 free ACH inflows this June 2026 on your new USD account. It's a small way for us to say thank you for moving through this transition with us. We hope you use yours today.

How to access your new USD account

For some customers, the new USD account has already been created automatically and is available inside the Raenest app. If you don't see a new USD account yet, you can create one directly from the app.

Simply:

• Log in to your Raenest account
• Go to the Accounts page
• Click Open Account

As part of our banking partner's verification requirements, you'll be asked to provide proof of earnings before your account can be created. You can upload:

•  A bank statement
• Your Raenest account statement
• Another valid proof of income or earnings

Once submitted, your new USD account will be created instantly.

What you should do next

If you haven't created your new USD account yet, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. Once your account is ready, please update your payment details anywhere you currently receive USD payments. This helps ensure future payments are sent directly to your new account and allows you to take advantage of the improvements that come with the new infrastructure. This may include:

• Upwork
• Fiverr
• Payoneer
• Gusto
• Employer payroll systems
• Client invoices
• Other payment platforms and marketplaces

The SuperteamNG x Raenest Frontier Hackathon
