- What is Auto-Invest?
On Raenest, Auto-Invest lets you automatically purchase U.S stocks on a recurring schedule. You set the stocks, amount, and frequency, and we handle the rest.
- How often can I invest?
You can invest weekly (choose any day from Monday to Friday) or monthly (choose any date). If your chosen date falls on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be placed and filled as soon as the market opens.
- What happens if I don't have enough funds?
We check your funding sources in this order: your Trading wallet first, then any other Raenest balance (USD, NGN, GBP, EUR). If no single balance is sufficient to cover your investment, the execution will be skipped, and you'll be notified. Note that we only use one funding source per execution and do not split payments across wallets. Standard conversion fees apply if funds are pulled from a non-USD balance.
- Can I make changes to my plan?
Yes. You can update your stocks, investment amount, budget allocation, and frequency at any time. Changes apply to future executions only.
- Can I pause or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can pause your plan at any time, and no investments will run while it's paused. When you're ready to resume, your next execution date recalculates based on your schedule. You can also permanently delete your plan at any time.
- Where can I track my Auto-Invest activity?
You can view your history in the Plan History tab, your Stocks Transaction History, and under My Stocks in your portfolio.
- Are returns guaranteed?
No. Stock prices can go up or down, and returns are not guaranteed.
