Raenest's February 2026 Roundup
February walked in with 28 days, one very commercialised holiday, and entirely too many opinions about love. We respect the hustle, truly. But while hearts and flowers were having their moment, we were busy tending to a different kind of romance — the intentional, impactful, very satisfying kind between you and your money. Here’s everything we got up to last month.
Product Update

Throughout February, we gave users four free deposits every month across ACH, USDC, USDT, EUR, and GBP. Deposits are the gateway to everything else, and when they cost less, users keep more of what they earn, fund their accounts without second-guessing the fees, and move money when they need to instead of timing it around charges.
For anyone who missed it, we’ve extended the offer into March, this time focused specifically on ACH and stablecoin deposits. These are the only eligible methods under this promotion. Wire and SWIFT transfers are not included, and standard fees will apply to those deposit types. Be sure not to miss this offer, deposit for free today.

We officially launched in India, opening Raenest to one of the largest and fastest-growing freelance and remote work markets in the world. Indian freelancers, remote workers, and content creators can now send and receive international payments through Raenest, access their earnings with greater flexibility, and receive payments in stablecoins.
A major highlight here is FastTrack for Upwork users, which allows eligible earners to access their Upwork payouts in under an hour. In a market where global contracts and gig platforms are deeply embedded in how people work, shortening the time between earning and accessing funds materially changes the experience. This launch positions Raenest directly within a thriving digital workforce that values speed, reliability, and optionality.

We also went live in the Philippines, another powerhouse in the global remote work economy. Filipino freelancers and creators now have access to cross-border payment tools that allow them to send and receive funds internationally, access their Upwork earnings quickly through FastTrack, and receive payments in stablecoins where needed.
The Philippines has long been central to global freelancing and outsourcing. By entering this market, we are aligning Raenest with an ecosystem that already understands digital income and international clients. The focus here is not just availability, but efficiency. Faster access to earnings and flexible payout options create meaningful advantages for professionals who operate across time zones and currencies.

We’ve made it easier for you to send money to Canada instantly, whether it’s paying tuition in CAD, sending funds to family and friends, paying for goods and services, or making in-person payments via bank transfer while travelling. Nigerian business owners with ties to Canada can also convert NGN settlements to CAD and transfer funds to any Canadian bank seamlessly. This expansion gives you greater control over your money, allowing you to manage personal and business finances across borders quickly and reliably. Send money to Canada today.
We partnered with TerraPay for scalable Freelancer Payouts

We’re excited to announce our partnership with TerraPay, a global money movement company, to make freelancer payouts faster, easier, and more reliable. This collaboration supports Raenest’s expansion into India and the Philippines, helping freelancers, creators, and remote workers get paid in their local currencies without delays.
Together, Raenest and TerraPay are addressing the needs of over 3.1 million freelancers in these markets, ensuring that international settlements are seamless, scalable, and fully compliant. Read more on our partnership.
We were at ATS

Raenest was proudly represented by Eugene Okemwa (Senior Fraud | AML Analyst, Raenest) at the Africa Tech Summit in Nairobi, the annual event connecting African tech leaders with international players. Eugene joined a panel titled “Beyond Borders: Trade Flows & Growth Frontiers” alongside Joshua Nwogodo, Founder and CEO of ZuniQ; Seun Lanlege, Co-Founder and CEO of Polytope Labs; Maria Adediran, Associate Director & Head of Wimbart Lite at Wimbart; and Iheakachi Nwabueze, Vice President of Global Marketing and Growth at Grey. The discussion highlighted the growing trend of international companies tapping African talent and how Raenest provides the framework for reliable, efficient cross-border payments to support this emerging market.
During the session, Eugene illustrated compliance’s role in fintech using a simple analogy: like air traffic control, compliance does not fly the plane or choose the destination, but it ensures that all flights move safely and efficiently. For Raenest, strong compliance makes international payments scalable, secure, and seamless, enabling freelancers, creators, and digital-first businesses to operate across borders with confidence.

February was not only about product expansion. It was also about appreciation and investing in the people who make this community what it is. It was the month of love after all.
To say thank you in a tangible way, we delivered over 70 merch boxes to community members who consistently support us, talk about Raenest online, and refer us within their networks. These are the people who recommend us in conversations we are not present for, who share their experiences publicly, and who choose to grow with us.
We also partnered with Rich Aunty Finance to sponsor 50 young investors into her US Stocks Cohort. The goal was to equip new investors with the right foundation before entering the market. Through this sponsorship, participants gained structured guidance on U.S. stock investing, practical insights, and the support needed to begin their journey with clarity.
As part of our monthly community X Space, we featured Bruno Nwogu, known as the Einstein of Marketing, alongside our Senior Visual Designer. The conversation focused on monetising online influence and using creativity to attract global opportunities. It was an insightful session that explored positioning, visibility, and how to turn digital skills into income streams that extend beyond local markets.
