Whether you're paying for business expenses, picking up everyday essentials, or making purchases while travelling, you can pay in person, withdraw cash at supported ATMs, and spend directly from your eligible USD, USDC, USDT, NGN, GBP, and EUR balances. And because your card connects directly to your Raenest balances, you don't need to transfer money to a traditional bank account or fund your card separately before making a payment.

We've designed the Raenest Physical Card to give you more ways to spend your money, with the flexibility to manage how you use your balances.

• Withdraw cash: Get cash at supported ATMs whenever you need it. 
• Shop online: Pay for online purchases, subscriptions and services.
• Spend directly from your balances: Your card connects to your eligible Raenest balances, so you don't need to fund it separately before paying.
• Stay in control of your spending: Set a daily spending limit that works for you and change it anytime.
• Manage your card with ease: Freeze or unfreeze your card instantly in the app, and verify online payments with 3D Secure using a one-time code (OTP) sent by email and push notification.

How to Get Your Raenest Physical Card

Ready to take your Raenest experience beyond your screen? You can order your Physical Card directly from the Raenest app in just a few steps.

1. Log in to Raenest: Open the app and sign in to your account. Create a Raenest account if you don't have one.
2. Go to Cards: Select Cards from your dashboard.
3. Create your card: Tap Create New Card, then select Physical Card.
4. Review the fees: There's a one-time $3 card creation fee, plus a delivery fee. You'll see the total before confirming your order. Learn more about our card fees here.
5. Confirm your order: Choose the wallet you'd like to pay from, ensure it has sufficient funds to cover the fees, and confirm.

Once you've placed your order, you can track its status directly in the app. We process your card order and notify you when it's created, shipped and delivered. Your card should arrive within 15 business days, although delivery may take longer in some locations.

When your card arrives, open the Raenest app, select your Physical Card and tap I have received my card, then Activate. Create your card PIN, and you're ready to start spending.

Before your first payment, you can also set your balance priority and daily spending limit from the card settings in the app.

Physical Cards are available to users in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Egypt, South Africa, Rwanda and the Philippines. You can have one Physical Card at a time, so if you already have an active or frozen card, you'll need to terminate it before ordering another.
